What is it?

It's a 6500 steps-a-day challenge, throughout the month of February 2021. you'll get fitter, as well as raise vital funds to support the work of One Punch UK.


Why take part?

Get fit and have fun – look after your physical and mental health by getting out and getting active.

Spark a bit of healthy competition – 6500 steps isn’t a hard limit. Compete to be top of the  leaderboard by taking extra steps!

Fundraise to change young lives 

One Punch UK works with young people across the UK to Educate them in the damage a single punch can do.

Since April 2019 we have spoken to over 62,000 young people. Please help us educate more
